Send your complaint in writing to info@giivaacapital.com. Include your full name, account reference (if any), a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documents.
2. Acknowledgement
We aim to acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time (often within five business days), depending on the detail you provide.
3. Investigation
We will review your complaint internally and may ask for more information. We typically respond in English unless we agree otherwise with you.
4. Final response
We aim to give a final written answer within a reasonable period after our review. Complex cases may take longer; we will explain material delays when we can.
5. Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied, further steps depend on your client agreement, the product you use, and the mandatory dispute or regulatory options available where you live. Those options will be described in your agreement or relevant disclosures.
